To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and contracts, deliver your session and gallery, process payments, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Image & Portfolio Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Aura Films may use selected images from your session for portfolio, website and social media. You can opt out of portfolio use at any time by emailing us.

Your gallery and files are stored securely and retained for a limited period after delivery (typically 12 months) unless a longer archive is agreed. We retain booking records as required for tax and legal purposes.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our site may use minimal cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser.

8. Your Rights
